Everyone loves a good charcuterie board! It's something that you can easily whip up without cooking and sweating in the kitchen, a crowd pleaser, and also something you can easily transport and bring to a party!

There are a lot of different ways to make a board, you can do meat only, cheese only, meat and cheese mixed together, or even add in some canned seafood (our family loves sardine in olive oil) or smoked/cured salmon.

After you picked "the theme" of your board from above, you can start adding additional stuff to your board. Some popular items:

Crackers or bread

Pickled vege: olives, pickles, whatever you like

Nuts: sometimes I will add some truffle oil on top of my nuts

Fruits: fresh (we love berries, figs, or grapes) or dried fruits (apricot or dates are most popular in our house)

Some sort of spread or honey. Drizzles some honey on your brie or blue cheese, the sweetness brings out the flavor of the cheese.

Enjoy!
